A Glenn Strange handwritten letter. 2 pages, 8.5" x 5.5" and dated August 24, 1948. The letter is written to a friend of his who he thanked for getting out an "AAAA story on him." He mentions he will be back in 6-8 weeks to thank her personally and that he plans to repay her for her interest and kindness.
Glenn Strange (August 16, 1899 – September 20, 1973) was an American actor who mostly appeared in Western films and was billed as Glenn Strange. He is best remembered for playing Frankenstein's monster in three Universal films during the 1940s and for his role as Sam Noonan, the bartender on CBS's Gunsmoke television series.
