Handwritten and signed letter and envelope from Charles A. Lindbergh to Marlin E. Pew, famed journalist, editor and publisher of the International News Service, for-runner of U.P.I. The note is very brief, just acknowledging a letter from Pew. It is on Lindbergh's stationary, and is dated June 21, 1932, soon after the infamous kidnapping of Lindbergh's son. The note is 7.5"h x 5.75"w, the envelope is 6.5"h by 4.25"w.
