A fine dark signature of Jackson on a letter appointing a Thomas H. Gillip as temporary acting fourth Auditor. "Washington 25th July 1833 Thos. H. Gillip Esq, Sir you are hereby appointed acting Fourth Auditor to discharge the duties of Forth Auditor of the Treasury Department during the temporary absences of Mr. Kendall. Andrew Jackson" In find condition does have some discoloring on corners where glue remnants where once adhered to a album, otherwise fine.
